Wheel rim should be free of dirt and should be free of bends and rim valve hole should be round and smooth .
use mounting machines as much as possible for tyre mounting and dismounting, and avoid use of chisel and hammer .
lubricate tyre beads with a mild soap solution (vegetable)before mounting and dismounting before inflating the tyre , check whether the beads are seating correctly on the rim, never exceed 44 PSI (3.0 KGF/CM2) to seat the beads and once beads are seated properly, adjust inflation pressure as recommended by vehicle manufacturer.
